Refunds and Returns Policy
All sales are final, no refunds can be processed once an order is placed.
In the case of delivery of a damaged or wrong product, returns will be managed on a case by case basis.

Each request will be monitored thoroughly and a settlement will be discussed, TCGHub holds the right to refrain from any refunds or returns if the product is seen to be tampered with.
10% restocking fees will be deducted on any kind of refunds.
Sealed boxes of any kind may have some scratches or minor tears or dents, the condition is registered as “Sealed” as long as the wear is not major and the contents are safe. If you need completely mint box seals DO NOT make a purchase without asking for pictures which may be provided as per request and availability. Any kind of major wear will be written in the listing.
All orders are packed with enough packaging but in very rare cases there may be slight damage to outer packaging while shipping, incase of orders with low quantities of cheap packs this damage might cause bending or dents in cards. By placing an order with TCGHub you realise the risk of getting low quantities of cheap packs shipped and general mishandling by courier in rare cases before placing an order.
All buyers must agree to these conditions before purchasing from TCGHub, through tcghub.in and any other platform like Instagram/WhatsApp.
