2.2 Order Confirmation: Processing begins only after successful payment confirmation and order verification.

2.3 Dispatch Notification: Customers will receive dispatch confirmation once the order leaves our warehouse facility.

• Other Private Couriers

3.2 Postal Services: India Post and other postal services are NOT used by TCGHub for any shipments.

• Alternative shipping options may be available subject to feasibility and additional charges

4. TRACKING AND DELIVERY

• Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched from our warehouse

• Delivery times depend on the destination and courier partner
• Standard delivery timelines as per courier partner’s service standards apply
• TCGHub is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors

5. SHIPPING CHARGES AND INSURANCE

5.1 Standard Shipping Fees:

• Base shipping charges: ₹80/₹140 (as applicable)
• Standard shipping is NOT insured by default
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

5.2 Shipping Insurance:

• Optional shipping insurance is available upon request
• Insurance must be purchased before order confirmation

• Insurance covers damage, loss, or mishandling during transit

6. LIABILITY AND RISK ALLOCATION

• TCGHub ensures product safety and condition from order receipt until handover to courier personnel
• Proper packaging with adequate protective materials for safe transit
• Timely dispatch within promised timeframes

6.2 Courier Liability Limitations:

• TCGHub is NOT liable for damage, loss, or mishandling by courier partners during transit
• Any mishandling, damage, or loss during transit is not covered under standard shipping
• Customers acknowledge and accept these risks when choosing standard shipping

6.3 Customer Risk Acknowledgment:

• High-value purchases without insurance carry inherent transit risks
• Customers must understand and accept these risks before placing orders
• For valuable orders, shipping insurance is strongly recommended
